PRIVACY POLICY

1. Purpose

ARC STATION processes personal information as needed for account creation and login, participant identification, team registration and event operations, inquiries, FAN PICK and PLAY POINT.

2. Information collected

Required account data: email address, nickname, name, mobile number, login identifiers and records of consent to the Terms and collection and use of personal information.

Optional account data: consent to receive event and service updates.

Player profile: name, gender, mobile number, Instagram account and gym affiliation, including optional details.

Event operations: team information, registration and payment confirmation, competition records and point activity.

Social sign-in: identifiers and profile information permitted by the user from Google or Kakao.

3. Retention

Account information is retained until account closure or the purpose of processing has been fulfilled. Information subject to a statutory retention requirement may be kept separately for the required period.

4. Sharing and infrastructure

We do not share personal information with third parties for other purposes unless required by law or separately agreed to by the user. We use technical infrastructure including Supabase (authentication and database) and GitHub Pages (web hosting). The privacy policy of the selected social sign-in provider may also apply.

5. Deletion

When the retention period expires or the purpose is fulfilled, personal information is deleted securely so that recovery is difficult.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal information, suspension of processing, or withdrawal of consent.
