REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 19, 2026

1. Event-specific rules

The fee, payment method, cancellation period and refund rate stated on each event entry page take precedence.

2. Participant cancellation

When a participant requests cancellation, we verify the applicant and follow the published refund rules for that event. Matters not specifically covered will be handled in accordance with applicable law and individual guidance.

3. Organizer cancellation or changes

If the Operator cancels an event, we will provide separate instructions for refunding fees already paid. If circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters or safety concerns, require rescheduling, we will announce the revised schedule and next steps promptly.

4. Team transfers

Whether a team or entry may be transferred depends on event rules. Participant details may not be changed without approval from the Operator.
