TERMS OF USE

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of the ARC STATION website and related event services operated by Bird Company LLC (버드컴퍼니 유한회사; the “Operator”).

2. Accounts

An ARC account is required for certain features, including event entry and FAN PICK. When signing up directly, provide an accurate name and a reachable mobile number. Keep your account secure and do not use another person’s account without permission.

3. Event entry

Eligibility, fees, schedule, competition rules, capacity and entry method are published on each event page. Review these before entering.

4. PLAY POINT / FAN PICK

PLAY POINT is a non-cash point for activities within ARC STATION. It cannot be redeemed for cash, transferred or sold. It is not a means of wagering real money or property. Points may be issued, settled or withdrawn under the operating rules.

5. Changes to services

We may change service features, event schedules or formats where needed for operations. Material changes will be announced on the site or through contact details supplied by participants.

6. Safety

Exercise and competition involve physical strain and a risk of injury. Consider your health before participating and follow on-site safety rules and staff instructions.
